SaltyKitten offers free standard shipping on orders above AED 200. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of AED 25 is applied. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while express delivery ensures delivery within 1-2 business days.

SaltyKitten offers a 30-day return policy for products purchased. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately earring can not be returned due to hygiene reasons. Please refer to the Refund or Exchange section for more information.
